FORMS OF PAYMENT

Payments are accepted via Cash, Zelle, CashApp, or any major Credit Card.

If paying in Cash, bring the exact amount. We will not have change.

CONSENT FORMS

If you are a new client with Enlashment, please fill out the consent form located in the ‘Appointments’ page.

This must be completed before coming to your appointment.

PUNCTUALITY

We want to ensure that each of our clients has a relaxing and stress-free experience during their lash extension appointment, and to do that, we require all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to allow for check-in and any necessary paperwork. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another time.

Late arrivals can disrupt our schedule and inconvenience other clients who may have appointments after yours. Additionally, if you arrive late, we may not have enough time to complete your lash extension service, which can result in an incomplete or unsatisfactory result.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOWS

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your lash extension appointment. However, we require at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. We do this to ensure that we can continue to provide top-quality services to all clients and to compensate for the time and resources that were allocated to your appointment.

CARD ON FILE

To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit or debit card on file. This card will be charged in the event of a cancellation or no-show, as per our cancellation and no-show policy.

Your card information will be kept confidential and secure, and we will only charge your card with your permission or as per our policies. You may update or remove your card information at any time by contacting us.

FILLS

We recommend that you schedule your lash fill-in appointment every 2-3 weeks to maintain the fullness and longevity of your lash extensions.

If you arrive for your fill-in appointment and less than 40% of your lash extensions remain, we may need to charge for a full set instead of a fill-in to achieve the desired result. This is because a full set requires more time and resources than a fill-in, and we want to ensure that you leave our studio with the best possible lashes.

FOREIGN FILLS

If you have had your lash extensions done at another studio or by another lash artist, we are happy to provide a fill-in service for you. However, we may need to assess your lashes to ensure that they meet our standards and are compatible with our products and techniques.

If we determine that your lashes are not compatible with our products and techniques, or if less than 40% of your lash extensions remain, we may need to recommend a full set instead of a fill-in to achieve the desired result depending on how much time we can allot for your appointment. This is because a full set requires more time and resources than a fill-in, and we want to ensure that you leave our studio with the best possible lashes.

If we provide a fill-in for lashes that were done at another studio or by another lash artist, we cannot guarantee the quality or longevity of the lashes. We recommend that you follow our aftercare instructions and schedule regular appointments to maintain the fullness and longevity of your lashes.

ALLERGY

In the unlikely event that you experience an adverse reaction to the lash extensions, we will remove them free of charge. However, we will not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from your use of our lash extension services.

SATISFICATION GUARANTEED

You have 72 hours from your initial appointment to report an issue to receive a complimentary fix, but no refunds will be issued.

REFUNDS

All sales of services are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your lash extension service, please let us know within 72 hours of your appointment, and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the final result, change of mind, or failure to follow our aftercare instructions. We appreciate your understanding of our policy.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We value your business and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction with our services.

EXTRA GUESTS

For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that you do not bring any extra guests with you to your lash appointment. Our studio has limited seating and space, and we want to ensure that all clients have a relaxing and enjoyable experience during their appointment.

Additionally, we ask that you do not bring any children or pets to your appointment, as they can be a distraction and may not be safe in our studio. If you need to bring a companion to your appointment for medical reasons or other circumstances, please let us know in advance so that we can make accommodations.

OUTSIDE HOURS/SQUEEZE INS

We offer outside hours or squeeze ins appointments if you cannot find a day or time on our calendar. For a $30 fee added onto your service, you may reach out to dmvpmu@gmail.com.com or (571)244-4060 for inquires.

PRECARE

Enlashment requires you to come in with absolute clean natural lashes. Please be sure to arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, dirt, oil, debris, cream, gel, etc. A complimentary cleaning is provided with every service.

CAFFEINE

Please do not have caffeine the day of your appointment. This includes beverages and any medications. Caffeine causes the following side effects:

  • Uncontrollable restlessness

  • Nervousness

  • Raised heart rate

  • Breathing rate

  • AFTERCARE

    Enlashment will provide all the necessary information after your appointment to ensure your lashes are taken care of. Below is a gist of what to do and what not to do.

    • cleanse twice daily

    • brush daily or as needed

    • no picking, pulling and rubbing

    • avoid direct head

    • only oil-free products

    • no mascara or lash curlers

    • FACE MASK

      Face masks are no longer required. If you would like to wear one, Enlashment can provide you with one.

      The last artist will always wear one.

      CONTACT LENSES

      Your eyes will be closed for long periods of time. Please remove your contact lenses to allow your eyes to be comfortable.

We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a new appointment time that works for you.

 

If paying with a Credit Card or CashApp, there is a 6% tax included on your final sale.
